COVID - 19

Please ensure you fully read the below information before booking any tickets.

Groups of up to 6 can now book a session on our Aqua Park for £20 per person. All participants will be required to adhere to the following guidance during this stage of the UK Government’s Covid-19 Recovery Strategy.


• All bookings must be made in advance online via our website – you are not permitted to attend without a booking. There will be a member of staff floating at the front reception to answer questions and queries and to ensure only pre booked guests visit reception.

• Each session start time is for a maximum of 50 participants, households will be socially distanced away from other customers.

• Participants must be at least 1.2m tall and aged 6 years and up

• Children aged 6 – 7 must be accompanied in the water by an adult from their same household

• All participants must be able to swim 25m with a buoyancy aid

• Waivers must be completed online before arrival

• Participants aged 18+ must complete a waiver

• All participants aged under 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian aged 18+ and be added to this waiver as a minor

• No spectators or family members are permitted to accompany participants in the aquabounce area – unless accompanying a participant who requires care or a participant who is under 18 (only one carer or guardian can be at the facility and must maintain social distancing)

• Nobody with any symptoms of Covid-19 coronavirus is to travel to the facility

• DO NOT visit us if you are at an increased risk of severe illness from Covid-19 coronavirus. This group includes those who are:
– aged 70 or older (regardless of medical conditions)
– under 70 with an underlying health condition listed by the NHS
– those who are pregnant

• Please use the toilet before attending, as we would prefer attendees not to use the limited toilets that will be open – if you do need to use a toilet here, you will be required to clean it before and after use


• Arrive at the facility 30 minutes before your booked session (if you arrive too early, you will be required to wait elsewhere)

• Please arrive ready to go or have a changing poncho or towel suitable to use in an outdoor space to change – there will be access to our changing rooms after your session, in a maximum group of 5 but we would prefer if you do not use them

• It is preferred that you wear a face covering and gloves during the check-in process and you should not lean on or touch our cabins

• Outdoor lockers are available for use, but if any items are left, they will be disposed of and not retained in lost property during the ongoing management of Covid-19, belongings are left at your own risk

• Good hand hygiene should always be observed, and you should bring your own hand sanitiser if possible

• Wetsuit hire will be available, as all wetsuits will be sanitised between use – You can bring your own wetsuit if you have one

  • Customers will enter the queuing system abiding by the social distancing markers

  • Customers will arrive at reception

  • Customers will be asked to use hand sanitizer which will be mounted next to the reception.

  • One-way system will be explained to customers upon checking in.

  • Customers will arrive at STOP sign and wait to be directed to lifejacket/buoyancy aid area

  • Customers will receive buoyancy aid/wetsuit and be directed to indoor/outdoor changing facilities.

  • Once changed customers will re-join the one-way system heading to either the locker area or safety briefing area.

  • Once at the safety briefing area customers will be allocated where to sit/stand.

  • Once safety briefing is complete customers will be called individually to exit the area and join the que to lead down to the aquapark.

• The Main Aqua Park will be operating with a one way system and there will also be social distancing stickers placed on the aqua park to assist with customers and staff keeping the required distance apart (please see below)

• Participants must be at least 1.2m tall and aged 6 years and up

• Children aged 6 – 7 must be accompanied in the water by an adult from their same household

• Participants must be able to swim 25m with a buoyancy aid

• All participants will be required to wear a buoyancy aid – these will be provided by Aquabounce and you are not able to use your own

• Participants not from the same household, but booked on the same session as a group, must still maintain 2m social distancing


  • Customers will follow down the entrance from waterpark into the 1-way queuing system.

  • After the conclusion of the session, you will be required to return your wetsuit (if hired) and safety equipment (buoyancy aids) to a designated point to be sanitised before being available again for use

  • Customers will follow the one-way system to either the locker area/indoor/outdoor changing area.

  • All participants are to vacate the facility as quickly as possible after they have finished their booked activity

  • Once customers are ready to exit, they will follow the one-way system and exit Aquabounce site the way they left for the waterpark.

  • If after leaving the park you start exhibiting symptoms we ask you inform us so we are able to inform staff and other customers in your session.
